6" Nursery Pot
Commonly mistaken for a Calathea due to their folding leaves at night, Triostar's are a very striking and elegant houseplant that can be extremely rewarding. In the right conditions, the Stromanthe Triostar can flower with gorgeous clusters of red, tube-like, flowers. All Triostar's are moderately fast growers and can become temperamental when root bound, feeling disturbed, or just not getting enough light. The more indirect light you provide, the more color and growth you shall receive. Keep away from heat & air sources. Perfect for a well-lit dining room, living room, windowsill with adequate lighting, or even a well-lit kitchen or bathroom. They prefer more humidity than most houseplants.
Care Level: Intermediate
Watering: Water when top inch of soil is almost dry; keep moist but not waterlogged
Lighting: Bright indirect light
